How to delete your data

You can ask us to delete your MasVeriyaa account and the personal information linked to it at any time, including if you logged in with Google.

Ask us to delete it

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us that address, so we can find your account.
3. We confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account: name, email, phone, password and profile picture.
• The link to your Google login.
• Your reviews and your trip photos.

If you have an upcoming trip, we'll cancel it first under the boat's cancellation terms. Past booking records needed for accounting are kept with your name and contact details removed.

If you logged in with Google

You can also remove MasVeriyaa from your Google account: myaccount.google.com → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services, then select MasVeriyaa and Delete all connections. This stops Google sharing your information with us; to delete what we already hold, send the request above.
